美国9月房价月增0.2% 为2006年以来最强

美国9月房价月增0.2%，虽然不如8月的0.9%与7月的1.8%，但仍推升年线涨幅至12%，增幅为2006年以来最强。若与历史高点相比，美国9月房价水平还差17.4%。不过，在库存吃紧而市场需求增温的庄况下，房价料将继续往上发展。如果排除不良资产，如法拍屋等不计，美国房价月增0.3%，年增幅来到10.8%，亦是2006年初以来最大涨幅。
CoreLogic执行长Anand Nallathambi表示，近半数州郡平均房价现在距房市崩盘前高点都只有咫尺之遥。今年各州涨势最猛的是内华达州，年增幅达25%。但即使如此，由于内华达州也是房市泡沫破灭时的重灾区，当区房价目前仍较历史高点低了41%。
