非农数据是什么？非农数据指的是由美国劳工部在每个月初第一个周五所公布的非农业就业人口数据，又称美国非农或者非农数据，因此非农数据就是指美国的非农业就业率。
非农数据的公布时间：通常是每个月第一周的星期五（如遇上美国法定节假日则提前1天或延至下周一），北京时间晚上8点30分。
非农数据的反映哪些内容：美国非农就业率反映的是制造业和服务行业的就业人口规模变动情况。
非农数据的意义：
1、 美国非农数据是美国经济好坏的重要晴雨表，它也是作为美联储对美国经济评估的重要指标，非农就业人数增大，说明劳动力市场规模增大，利于社会化生产和销售等经济活动，促进生产资料提高，从而振兴国家经济，反之，非农就业人数减少，损害社会化生产和销售等经济活动，降低生产资料的开发潜力，从而令国家经济增速放缓。
2、 因此美国非农数据对美元指数走势会构成直接的影响，从美元属于美国本国货币这一价值尺度的观点上看，非农就业数据向好，促进美国经济增长，因此美元兑一篮子主要货币便会上涨，反之，非农就业数据较差，不利美国经济，因此美元兑一篮子主要货币便会下跌。由于美元和黄金存在80%的负向流动性关系，所以美元上行，则对现货黄金构成打压，美元下行，则提振黄金上涨。
3、 美国非农数据与失业率是同一时段发布的，当美国非农数据较好时，失业率一般偏低，同理，当非农数据较差，失业率便会上升。另外美国非农数据也与该国的通胀率高低呈正相关，对通胀率起到直接的提振作用，而当通胀率准备到达一个美联储认为不可接受的高点时，赋有美国央行职能的机构——美联储，则会实行财政紧缩，上调基准利率以控制通胀走高。当通胀率受非农数据较差而拖累时，美联储则实行财政扩张，下调基准利率来放宽银根，以防止通胀低迷。当美元存在较以往历史时期的流动性都要大的时候，美元外流的同时也打压美元指数，以美元计价的黄金，购买吸引力将会增加；同理地，美元流动性降低，在经济向好的情况下提振汇价，黄金则被市场抛售，从而资金流入美元或其他高息或风险资产。
因此，非农数据是进行黄金投资交易的一项重要的美国经济数据，因其对美元走势起到直接的传导作用，从而推动现货黄金行情。现时非农数据也成为不少炒黄金人士最为关注的消息面，但我们也要注意市场对非农数据预测从而构成在非农数据公布以前，金价已经发生的变化，当预测消息得以证实，金价反而不会有过大的波动。
