市场避险情绪燃起 现货黄金重返千三
现货黄金截止至2019年3月15日14：00收盘于1299美元/盎司，现货黄金价格昨日出现较大幅度下滑，经过凌晨时段低位横盘过程后，亚盘时段开始有所反弹，最高一度触碰1299.8美元/盎司一线，欧盘开盘后进一步反弹，目前交投于1300美元/盎司一线。现货白银低位反弹，报15.27美元/盎司。
油价料续刷年内新高：亚盘时段油价窄幅震荡，已连续录得四个交易日收涨。OPEC产油国持续减产以及美国对委内瑞拉、伊朗的制裁可能导致2019年第一季度全球供应略有逆差。但油价因担忧经济放缓将很快开始抑制燃料需求增长而受到限制，日内留意IEA月度原油市场报告，以及美国石油钻井数据。
美国政局助燃避险情绪：参议院3月14日投票阻止特朗普为建边境墙而宣布全国紧急状态，此举料将令特朗普首次行使其总统否决权。投票结果为59对41票，如要推翻总统的否决权，需要有67票赞成。参议院的投票结果表明，共和党与总统并不团结。参议院多数党领袖麦康奈尔在投票中支持总统的决定，但承认许多参议员希望限制总统未来发布紧急声明的权力。
