美元小幅走高，金价涨势受阻
周二（1月18日）亚洲时段，现货黄金几乎持稳，交投于1819附近。周一（1月17日）金价小幅上涨，交易员在货币政策前景和美国新一轮疫情构成的威胁之间进行权衡。另外，中东局势紧张以及经济复苏缓慢等因素也支撑金价。
全球就业复苏所需时间将长于预期，因疫情不确定性
国际劳工组织(ILO)周一在一份报告中表示，全球就业市场复苏所需的时间将长于此前的预期，由于疫情演变进程和持续时间的不确定性，失业率至少在2023年之前都将保持在疫情爆发前的水平以上。
ILO估计，与疫情前相比，2022年全球工作时间减少，相当于减少约5200万个全职岗位，是2021年6月预测降幅的约两倍。
ILO在其《全球就业和社会展望：2022年趋势》报告中表示，就业干扰将持续到2023年，届时就业岗位仍将比疫情前少约2700万个，警告称经济复苏“缓慢且不确定”。
报告称：“自上次公布预测以来，全球劳动力市场前景已经恶化；未来几年，全球大部分地区的表现可能仍难以恢复到大流行前的水平。”
ILO总干事莱德(Guy Ryder)对记者表示，修正预测背后有许多因素，“主要的一个因素是持续的大流行及变种病毒，特别是Omicron。”
根据报告，复苏速度因地区而异，欧洲和北美地区显示出最令人鼓舞的迹象，东南亚和南美地区落后。
尽管如此，预计今年的工时降幅将较过去两年有所缩小。ILO估计，2021年工时降幅相当于全职岗位数比大流行前减少了约1.25亿个，2020年为2.58亿个。
总体而言，预计2022年约有2.07亿人失业。不过，报告称，影响或远大于预估，因许多人退出劳动力大军，还没有回来。
胡塞武装对阿联酋发动袭击
获伊朗支持的也门武装分子对阿联酋发动了无人机袭击，引发爆炸，并在其首都阿布扎比附近引起火灾，导致人员伤亡。当前正值关键时刻，此次袭击令这一主要原油出口地区安全风险升级。
周一的事件是阿联酋领土上迄今规模最大的袭击事件之一，阿布扎比主要的国际机场发生火情，临近工业区的油罐车被点燃。几天前，也门胡塞武装警告阿布扎比，不要对其加大空袭。
阿联酋总统顾问Anwar Gargash表示，此次袭击的背后是胡塞武装，但是他们“太弱了，无法影响国家的安全与稳定”。
然而，伊朗长期以来支持胡塞武装，意味着此次的事件可能破坏旨在缓解波斯湾紧张局势的外交努力，可能也会影响德黑兰与大国之间重启2015年核协议的会谈。迪拜和阿布扎比股市回吐了袭击发生前的涨幅。
