阻力位是什么？
我们首先在黄金盘面上，将其换成“技术分析”图，作伦敦金技术分析时，金价统一采用K线，可以按不同的时间长度，确定阻力位对应短期或者是中长期，在不同时间长度的K线组合中，从中选中两个相对的高点，由两个相对高点连结的线段，一般可以作为阻力线，又或者是在伦敦金行情呈现连续上涨的过程中，由各个上涨的k线组合的最高点所连结而成的线段。这在盘面上就可以反映出，阻力线起到阻止金价继续上涨的作用，因为每次K线运行至阻力位，都会出现回调，且长期阻力线起到的阻力要远远大于短期阻力线。
支撑位是什么？
跟观察阻力位的看法一样，我们也把盘面的普通线段形态转换成K线图，按不同时间长度，如1日、4小时或1小时图中选中一组K线组合，把组合中两个相对的低点连结，又或者在金价呈现连续上涨的过程中，有各个下跌的K线组合的最低点所连结而成的线段，我们可以把其称作支撑线。支撑线起到阻止价格下跌的作用，当金价接近支撑线时就会出现反弹行情，按不同的时长可以分为长期和短期支撑线，且长期支撑线的支撑作用要远远大于短期支撑线。
在了解阻力线和支撑线的作用后，我们可以先尝试分别就不同的时间长度相结合，各自画出不同的高位和低位线段，发现有些阻力位会变成现在的支撑位。另外我们可以利用均线系统来分析阻力位和支撑位的位置，一般如果长期均线在K线的上方或下方，则为较强的阻力或支撑，短期来说，若前期的高点或低点与一条或多条均线重合，则可以把与均线重合的高点和低点看作阻力和支撑位。
比较复杂的方法是利用趋势线系统，需要我们对中长期内形成的金价走势进行综合观察，划出趋势线，根据波浪理论计算各个波幅的大小和结构，从而确定阻力和支撑位，这个一般是资深的黄金分析人员才用到的分析方法。我们学会利用一段时间内的最高和最低价或均线系统作阻力位和支撑位的参考就行。
