昨日国际现货黄金在1332.8美元/盎司附近开盘，早间亚盘冲高至1337美元/盎司附近后承压回落，但在欧盘一度跌破开盘价，下探至1330美元/盎司附近后开始回升，整体日间维持震荡行情，等待晚间重要消息。鲍威尔在发表鹰派言论时，美元指数暴涨，重新站上90大关，非美普遍下跌，现货黄金受到持续影响，美盘尾段最大跌幅扩大至20美元之多，最低报价为1313.4美元/盎司。
