美債收益出現上漲，貴金屬全線暴跌

8月11日，現貨黃金出現暴跌，重挫超110美元，現貨白銀的跌幅則一度達到15%，10年期美國國債收益率創下6個月以來的最大漲幅，降低市場對黃金的興趣，同時俄羅斯傳出疫苗利好消息，經濟數據表現良好以及新一輪援助計畫的推動也讓市場風險偏好回升，讓金價有所承壓。
在特朗普說正“認真”考慮下調資本利得稅後，股市攀升，這個消息削弱了市場的避險需求，推動黃金連續第三天下跌。美國7月生產者物價指數(PPI)創下逾一年半來的最大漲幅，超過預期。美國標普500指數更接近紀錄高位。分析師指出，今天實際利率上升了，這顯然是導致黃金下跌的原因，美國PPI數據走強，給了市場又一個重新評估利率和預期的理由。
分析師表示，這是相當突然和殘酷的，但是之前的上漲更加突然和殘酷，觸發因素可能是債券收益率的急劇上升，這導致了一些獲利回吐，然後跌勢進一步擴大；當人們逢高拋售時，將會有更多的人跟隨，所以我們看到今天價格的加速下跌。
