美被曝拒絕以色列看美伊諒解備忘錄
當地時間6月16日，據美國有線電視新聞網（CNN）報導，一名以色列消息人士透露，以色列曾要求美國提供美伊諒解備忘錄文本供其審閱，但遭到拒絕。該消息人士稱，美方拒絕以色列的部分原因在於，特朗普政府“擔心以色列總理內塔尼亞胡會在該備忘錄正式公佈前洩露文本內容”。 內塔尼亞胡當地時間6月15日晚舉行記者會，在開場發言中幾乎未提及這項備忘錄。在隨後的提問環節中，他表示，自己與特朗普“並非總是意見一致”。他還稱：“我們仍然不知道這項備忘錄究竟是什麼。”
伊朗央行行長：諒解備忘錄規定美有義務解凍伊資產
伊朗中央銀行行長阿蔔杜勒納賽爾·赫馬提當地時間16日表示，關於伊美諒解備忘錄框架下被凍結資產解凍問題，在相關條款的制定過程中，已充分考慮過去所有經驗與歷史案例，並努力確保協議中設定的機制能夠提供最高程度的保障，以確保這些資金能夠被順利獲取與使用。赫馬提說，諒解備忘錄條款已明確規定美國在解凍資產方面的義務，且這些義務具有清晰性和可執行性，美國方面將被要求履行其承諾。赫馬提還強調，在諒解備忘錄簽署並開始執行後，將進行必要的技術與銀行層面的核查，以驗證資產是否真正解凍並可實際使用。赫馬提表示，這些被解凍的資金屬於伊朗中央銀行資產，這些資金的管理、分配與使用方式，將在央行法定許可權框架內決定。央行將根據國家需求、經濟狀況及外匯優先事項，對資金使用方式作出安排。
特朗普：美方可能近期恢復對俄羅斯石油制裁
美國總統特朗普16日稱，美國可能很快重新實施對俄羅斯石油的制裁。特朗普當天在法國埃維昂萊班出席七國集團峰會期間對媒體稱：“（恢復制裁）很快就能落實，因為目前石油已在正常流通……我們此前之所以暫緩制裁，顯然是不希望影響石油供應。目前條件已經具備，可以儘快採取行動。”
